   Focus - 

• Create in game approach 

• Simulating at bats 

• Focus on in game adjustability

  There is no training 2/16/26 - 2/20/26​

 

2 Hour Sessions will include: 90 minutes of hitting  / 30 minute strength and speed workout

 

   Players in the program will have access to:

•  Strength & Conditioning Programming

• Nutrition Protocol

• Performance Therapy & Recovery

 

Offered times -  (Scheduled start time will take place after signing up based on age and experience level)
