Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.
By booking a lesson, you agree to this policy.

Lesson Packages

All packages purchased  will include a defined expiration period. This policy is designed to support consistent scheduling and ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients.

We are offering extended timeframes for package usage to provide added flexibility. However, please note that the discounted pricing of our packages is based on the expectation that they will be used within the specified time period.

Package Expiration Details:

• 5-Session Package: Expires 3 months from the date of purchase

• 10-Session Package: Expires 4 months from the date of purchase

• 22-Session Package: Expires 8 months from the date of purchase

Unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable. We encourage all clients to plan accordingly and schedule sessions within the valid usage period.
