Family Friendly . . .

The aim of the FieldHouse Sports Complex is to create a safe, secure and family friendly environment that will allow players, coaches, parents and spectators alike to enjoy their activities.
We do not wish to appear officious but as many of the visitors to the FieldHouse Sports Complex are younger children it is of the utmost importance that all those who utilize the facilities adhere to certain simple rules
For your safety and the safety and respect of others the following rules and regulations apply to the facility:
Behavior
- Lessees, Team coaches and managers are responsible for ensuring that individuals, including spectators, observe all rules, regulations, and policies associated with their team.
- FieldHouse Sports reserves the right to expel any individual or team from FieldHouse Sports property, without refund, for misconduct committed.
- All teams must have a coach or team rep that is 21 or older present at all games.
- Teams must be at proper designated team areas alongside the fields during games.
- Teams are responsible for cleaning up their playing areas after games/practices.
- Please do not leave any garbage behind. There are garbage cans conveniently located throughout the facility.
- Parents or Legal Guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times while in the facility.
- Any individual may be ordered to leave the FieldHouse Sports property for any reason at any time.
- Verbal and/or physical abuse of FieldHouse Sports referees or staff will not be tolerated. We ask that you refrain from acting in an inappropriate manner including the use of abusive language, rude gestures.
- Please show proper respect to all others. This includes all referees, players, spectators, and employees.
- All individuals must be wearing appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes.
- To prevent damage to the facilities, ball playing is not allowed around the outside of the playing area and at no time may balls be played against the bubble wall inside or out.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere on the facilities.
Parking
- Parking is permitted only in areas marked as parking spaces. Please park in these spaces only. Vehicles parked in other areas will be towed at the owner’s expense. Unauthorized vehicles are not allowed along the pathway that leads down or and alongside the facility
- Handicap parking spaces are reserved only for vehicles that have proper handicap identification. All other vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Prohibited Activities
- Spitting on the fields.
- Bringing alcohol or tobacco products on to FieldHouse Sports property.
- Bringing gum, candy or food onto the field or into the team area.
- Bringing glass containers into the facility.
- Kicking/passing balls against any walls in the facility.
- Passing, and/or handling of lacrosse balls anywhere other than on the fields.
- Running, tag, or horseplay of any kind are prohibited
- No pets are allowed in the facility.
- Skateboards/Skate shoes are prohibited in the facility.
- Please do not hang onto the nets surrounding the field or move them in any way. The express purpose of the nets is to provide a safe viewing area protecting players and spectators.
Lost and Found
- FieldHouse Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Lost and found box is located in the front corner of the bubble near the entry door. Items will be retained for the duration of the current season only.
- Lost water bottles, socks, towels, and other frequently abandoned or lost items will not be retained.
Spectator Etiquette
- Be courteous to those sitting in the bleacher area, and refrain from standing on or in front of the bleachers. Refrain from game watching or coaching from behind goal areas.
Assumption of Risk
- Individuals utilizing The FieldHouse Sports Complex do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), league operators, officers, and staff assume no liability for any injuries or accidents which may occur.
- All players MUST sign the FieldHouse Sports Waiver before participation in any activity.
